✨ SPG Community Terms of Service & Privacy Info
Effective Date: [Insert Date]
Welcome to SPG at spg.instawp.xyz! We’re stoked to have you here. This page gives you the lowdown on how we roll when it comes to your experience, your info, and what we expect from everyone joining the community.
This isn’t a boring legal document—just an honest guide to how we do things.
1. Who We Are
Our website lives at https://speechgenie.jp. We’re building a fun, respectful community where people can connect, share ideas, and feel welcome.
2. Logging In & Signing Up
Right now, we’re keeping things simple:
✅ Login/Register via Google, Linkedin, Facebook, LINE, Github, or X
That makes it fast and easy to jump in! We grab the basic stuff like your name and email so we know you’re legit and can reserve your spot.
? Important: We’re not currently monitoring for data breaches (yet!), so we recommend you keep an eye on your own login security and use strong passwords with your social accounts.
3. Respect the Space
Our community vibe is super important. We have a zero tolerance policy for:
? Rude or abusive behavior
? Trolling or stirring the pot
? Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
? Spam or self-promo (unless it’s invited!)
Be a good human. If you’re not sure, err on the side of kindness.
4. VIP Access
You may have noticed there’s VIP access. Right now, it’s just a way to reserve your place early. We’re still figuring out exactly what VIPs will get (perks? secret handshakes? cool stuff, for sure!). We’ll keep you posted.
5. Comments & Contributions
When you leave comments on SPG:
- We collect what you enter in the comment form, your IP address, and browser info (this helps us catch spam).
- If you’re using Gravatar, your profile pic might show up next to your comment. Gravatar’s privacy policy is over here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
- Comments (and your profile pic) are visible to anyone reading them on the site.
6. Uploading Images
If you upload pictures, don’t include location data (EXIF GPS) unless you’re cool with people seeing it. Some visitors might be able to download and peek at that info.
7. Cookies ? (The Digital Kind)
We use cookies to make your life easier:
- If you leave a comment, you can choose to save your name and email so you don’t have to retype them next time.
- When you log in, we save your login preferences for convenience.
- We might also drop a few cookies if you edit or publish something.
Cookies stick around for a while, but they’re mostly harmless and designed to make things smoother for you.
8. Embedded Content (From Other Places)
Sometimes we share cool videos, articles, or posts from other sites. Those sites might track your interactions, especially if you have an account with them and are logged in. It’s just how the internet works these days!
9. Who Sees Your Data
We don’t sell your info.
But if you request a password reset (when we open that feature up), your IP address will be included in the reset email.
For now, we’re not sharing your info with anyone unless we really have to (like for legal stuff).
10. How Long We Keep Things
Comments and their info stick around forever (so discussions make sense later).
If you have an account (when that’s up and running), you can see, edit, or delete your own info anytime. Website admins can also peek at and edit profile details.
11. Your Rights Over Your Data
You can always ask us for:
? A file with all the personal data we’ve got about you
?️ To delete any info we hold (except stuff we need for admin, legal, or security reasons)
Just shoot us an email at sg@izu.io if you want to do either of those things.
12. Spam Detection
Comments may be run through an automated spam filter to keep things clean and troll-free.
13. Keeping Things Safe
We’re doing our best to create a fun and safe space. But again, we’re not actively monitoring for breaches or hacks yet—so make sure you use good passwords and practice safe internet habits. If something doesn’t seem right, let us know!
14. Talk To Us!
Questions? Feedback? Just wanna say hi?
You can reach us anytime at sg@izu.io. We’re here, we’re human, and we’re listening.
By joining SPG, you’re agreeing to help make this community awesome. Thanks for being part of it!
